About & Safety

• No child accounts. Kids never sign up, sign in, or give an email.
• No names required. Children are never asked for their real name.
• No chat. There is no text chat and no messaging between players.
• Party Mode is a separate friends-only feature and is never included in MeowZap Care or organization-branded waiting-room experiences. There is no public matchmaking or text chat, and rooms require a private, expiring code.
• No ads and no third-party marketing trackers.
• No uploads. Children cannot post photos, drawings, or comments publicly.
• No purchases. Rewards are stickers and accessories earned by playing, stored on the device.
• Game reviews are moderated for age-appropriate language and can be reported.

MeowZap is made for kids of all ages. Games are labeled by age band so grown-ups can point children at the right shelf. Nothing is locked — these are recommendations.

Saved on your own device only (never sent to us):

• The kitten avatar, outfits, and playroom decorations a child chooses.
• Personal best scores, sparks, stickers, and lesson progress.
• Sound, music, and accessibility settings (reduce motion, larger text, high contrast, captions, untimed mode).
• Small preference flags such as chosen difficulty and age band.

Stored in our backend:

• Top score entries — game, points, difficulty, and time. No name or identifier is stored with a public score.
• Anonymous visit counts for organization play pages — which activity and age range was opened. Nothing that identifies a child.
• Adult contact details submitted through our Early Access, pilot, and practice forms.
• Organization records created by staff who sign in (organization name, logo, colors, enabled activities).

We do not collect children's names, emails, photos, voice recordings, or location, and we never sell information. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

1. Device data (avatars, scores, progress, rewards): you can remove it yourself right now — clear the browser's site data for meowzap.com, or use your browser's "Clear browsing data" option. Nothing needs to be sent to us.
2. An adult form submission or organization account: email dayna@meowzap.com from the address you used, with the subject "Deletion request". Tell us the name of the organization if it applies.
3. A leaderboard score you want removed: email us the game name, score, and approximate date and we will remove the entry.

We aim to reply within 7 days and complete deletions within 30 days. If a school or practice needs written confirmation of deletion, ask in the same email and we will send one.
