How it works
Every lesson takes about 5–10 minutes: meet the words, hear the words, practice with pictures, play a game or two, finish with a quick review, and earn a badge. Words are always shown as text as well as spoken, so the lessons work with the sound off.
Every language is playable now. Greek, Mandarin, and Farsi show their own script with a simple beginner pronunciation guide under each word. American Sign Language is a visual language, so those lessons use no sound at all — each card shows exactly how to make the sign with your hands. Spoken audio is currently a temporary preview voice while native-speaker recordings are being produced.
