Returns

If something isn’t right with your order, we want to fix it. Families should love what they bring home from MeowZap.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Email hello@meowzap.com with your order email and we’ll send instructions.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we’ll replace it or refund you — your choice. Photos of the damage help us fix it faster.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post it.
