We aim to reply within 7 days. For deletion requests, please email from the same address you used to submit a form or create an organization account.
What you can email us about
- Safety concerns: Report anything that feels unsafe or age-inappropriate on the site.
- Deletion requests: Ask us to remove an adult form submission, organization account, or leaderboard entry.
- Schools, clinics, and childcare: Questions about MeowZap Classroom, Session Builder, or organization dashboards.
- Accessibility feedback: Tell us if a game or page is hard to use with a screen reader, keyboard, or assistive device.
- Security reports: If you find a security issue, please include enough detail for us to reproduce it. See our security.txt file.
Before you email
- Device data (avatars, scores, rewards): You can clear this yourself by clearing your browser's site data for meowzap.com. Nothing needs to be sent to us.
- Lost progress: MeowZap is in public beta. Progress saved in your browser may be cleared if you clear browsing data or use a different device.
- Emergencies: MeowZap is not a crisis or emergency service. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Security researchers
If you have discovered a security vulnerability, please email dayna@meowzap.com with a clear description and steps to reproduce. We do not operate a bug-bounty program, but we will acknowledge responsible reports and work to fix verified issues promptly.
