How Sound Garden works
- 1. Tap a ready-made mix to hear it straight away.
- 2. Or choose up to four sounds and press Start. Sound only begins when you press.
- 3. Slide each sound louder or softer until it feels right.
- 4. Stop any time, or set a 1, 2 or 5 minute timer.
Breathe normally and stop if anything feels uncomfortable. You can always tell a grown-up. Sound Garden is a calm place to rest your ears — it is not a medical treatment and your device does not make real warmth.
